Printable gratitude worksheets for adults (25 exercises)

Gratitude is something we all could use more of. After all, when you’re in a state of thankfulness, it’s hard to be down or anxious. For me personally, practising gratitude is hard. It’s not something that comes naturally to me and that’s why I make it a habit to practise as often as I can.

The benefits of practising gratitude

  • Improved outlook on life
  • Better relationships
  • Positive mindset
  • Finding a sense of calm
  • Really appreciating what you already have

Practising gratitude has many benefits and the best part is you can do it anytime, anywhere. One of my favourite times to practise gratitude is when I’m feeling stressed or anxious. I take a mindful moment to pause and think about the special people and things in my life.

Whether that’s my family or friends or my hobbies, I get a reminder of what is already so precious to me. This helps me to appreciate all the little things that I have and am able to do on a daily basis.

But practising gratitude isn’t always that easy. That’s why I created these printable gratitude worksheets for adults. They cover many different areas of life so you can reflect on the huge array of big and small things that make your life already great.

The best part is, they are practical, with many different writing exercises and once you’re done, I’m sure you’ll have a new-found sense of what makes your life so great today.

You can download them here.
